procuring passport on forged rationcard+

a man has procured a passport on forged ration card, which has come to my notice, as faithful indian citizen,i m not able to digest it. this man has also gone to dubai for job work. kindly guide me in what way/how/and under what sections of IPC and IPA i can pursue the matter, and which are the respective depatments i sud pursue with. please guide me and oblige, thnks indeed to you and your team sir .with warm regards

Forgery sections in IPC starts from 463. In case of offence of forgery, you may report the matter to police.

You may also report the matter to concerned Passport Officer.

You may also approach the court.

You may better leave the issue as it is; the ration card is not the only basis for issuance of a passport; the authorities also make police verification;

however, if you still want to satisfy your urges, you may inform the concerned RPO.
