Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
By producing fake documents and impersonating persons X has got two Gift Settlements Deeds registered in his name at Nizamabad. The Rural Police has registered an FIR No. 202/2012 against the Parties and Sub Registrar Rural.
Please advice procdue to how to get those Gift Deed cancelled.
