production of document
what if the document is tender in the court by the order of the hon.court,wthout being served to the other parties and the judgement is pronounce on the basis of this document.Is there any law which says,that there is no need to serve the document tender in the court as per the direction and the judgement can be pronounce on the basis of this document without being served.Is there any legal remedies or law.Plz.reply

The parties should definitely be served the notice of production of document.You may question the legality of the judgement.

since the final order is already passed,hence it would be appropriate to file appeal in the matter.
