Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My property document was with my wife's parents because they lived in the same city where my property was. I had been living abroad. My wife's parents totally lied to me about facts of my property and misled me to believe their lies and made me sign power of attorney. I was unable to read due to bodily distress. They misled me, forged the power of attorney document, sold the land and did not disclose the actual sale price and did not pay the sale proceeds? Also, my wife's parents are legal experts. After many years of this incident, evidences are available to prove that they had cheated me and fraudulently obtained power of attorney. Can I file criminal complaint that the power of attorney was made due to undue influence? Key witness for some of the sale related conversations are my wife and she speaks the truth.

Please advise.

You may file a criminal complaint, if ingredients of offence are available.

However, unexplained delays are fatal to any criminal matter.

in case you signed the power of attorney and you did not get the same cancelled before your property was sold off, there is little you can do in this matter.
