Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
this is regarding the property. Mr. X sold the property to Z. But property was in name of Mr. X's father and Mr. X's father had made a will in my favour. Now the situation is I have filed a civil suit against Mr. X for not doing any sale or handing possession of Mr. X's father property to anyone in Aug. 10. Mr. Z had also joined my civil suit, The case is in pending in civil court. The property is in my possession. In Feb 11, I was arrested under IPC 451 and got the bail, Now Mr. z has filed another summons of CRPC 145 and 146. The court commission was already done while I have filed suit against mr. X in Aug. 10.
I want to know further things:
What further steps he can take to torture me.
Does this mean seal to my property and I cant use this property.

Who is he in your question who is torturing you ? What is the status of your case against Mr. X ? Is your will probated ? who is Mr. X ? is he your brother etc. Please clarify .
