Can a Propriety concern is an individual or a firm has it legal entity?
if a above firm files complaint in his name and signed by POWER OF ATTORNEY then what is status? and moreover power of attorney agreement signed by propietor and without company seal or stamp is it valid?

Proprietory concern or a firm has no legal entity. A complaint is required to be filed as follows:
Proprietor PQR Partner
ABC Electronics or Relic Entp.
Power of Attorney is just a agent acting for proprietor or partner/ s.
Yes it is valid.
