Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
How can i protect my self against court order under section 138 under negotiable instruments act which passes against me either to pay whole amount of bounched cheques or face an imprisonment though i am f acing genuine financial crisis i am not in a position to pay any sum then how can i protect myself against this court verdict prsent circumstances compell me to protect myself for the sack of my family. kindly guide me how can i avoid this 138 order
