what is the provision for referring the matter or case to police station for filing FIR in crpc.

police can lodge a complaint either u/s 154 of criminal procedure code and in case police refuse to register an f.i.r. , the complainant may approach the magistrate and seek directions for registration of f.i.r. u/s 156(3) of crpc.
