Can Public Servant (SEBI ifficials) tried u/s 167,218 in Delhi
I am residing at Delhi (India), I have been exposing corrupt practices of SEBI officials( Securities Exchange Board of India), I have been seeking information under RTI act, which exposes corrupt practices by SEBI officials in Dealing with my complaint against a share broker, officials had been shielding broker by ignoring SEBI act, rules and circulars issued by SEBI. I highlighted these to Ministers/ MPS, irked by my exposing, SEBI has threatened me to sue me for defamation. I want to sue SEBI officials u/s 167/168, 217/218 IPC.
Can I sue them in Delhi, Officials are working in Mumbai office, however SEBI is having regional office in Delhi also.

if you really have enough evidence which can be proved in the court then go ahead.

Firstly, you can file a Consumer Case against the Broker for deficiency in services and Unfair Trade Practices.
Secondly, you need to provide the grounds and information, because of which a case is made out against SEBI Officials, merely Jugglary of words would not do it.

Jurisdiction of the Court is dependent on several things.
You should consult your lawyer with all the documents, information to ascertain jurisdiction.
