i was purchased through sale deed a property , and seller concealed the name of other legal heir in affidavit whitch filing in the process of l&do requirment for mutation and free hold and L&DO get on the behalf of filing wrong affidavit and registered will in favor of seller without probated without noc taken from other legal heir and sold us but other legal heir after sell come out from cave suddenly we are shocked we file cavieat but they file partition suit on property and make us party now we file complainnt against seller for cheatinng and 156(3) but io repported to court there no any cheatinng this property sold on baasis of registered will and affidavtit dont required for writinng all legal heirr name but seller clearerly write inn affidavit seller is only legal heir of deceased left behinnd his deaath, so now what can i do the court ask to our advocate for argument but we are inn doubt that some one wrong with us , pleasee gide me
