Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
if the purchaser complaint to the DCP against seller of the property to the purchaser and seller already applied building sanction plan 6 month ago but due to some objection department not sanction building plan then what kind of action taken by DCP on the behalf of complaint or manipulated fact by purchaser against the seller and also seller willing transfer the sale deed after receiving full and final payment but there was no any type of construction start before the approval of sanction building plan and also go in civil suit and court order on suit property status quo after sold this property through aggreement to sell in favor of purchaser?
