Q. whether the Airport Authority can impose and collect fine from a person which is parked his vehicle in a NO PARKING area. On which law /rule they uses to impose fine.They damaged the vehicle while on transfer the vehicle from NO PARKING area. What is the remedy to claim damage and the procedures.........
