quasing FIR ipc 354 ? while doing sex of boy & girl in private primises ,one senier citizen noticed them to go outside the primises but after two days the girl lodging FIR under IPC 354,323.506 part two on the senier citizen ,so so senier citizen qush this case?

in case the senior citizen did not try to molest the girl, the f.i.r. may be quashed by filing a petition in the high court.
