can i go for quasing ? i am govt. employee and i was present on duty at mandi,himachal pradesh.whereas someone lodged F.I.R against me at patna,Bihar.attendance register shows my presence at mandi.

you may go for transfer of the case from patna to mandi by filing a criminal transfer petition in SC or you may approach Patna High Court for quashing.
