This ques is fr Mr. GM Gupta. Sir please refer to my questionms..I did not understand your comment that I have filed a false FIR. I did not false a false FIR..did not understand what you r trying to say. Please specify as this comment of your's is a demoralizing comment-I am a working woman who is forced to live with her parents as my husband and in-laws have abandoned me..it's been more than 1.4 years. I have filed a FIR and DVA with maintenance as husband filed divorce in TIS HAZARI last year, which is still pending. Thru women cell and 498A I have got my clothes and furniture and the jewellery that was given by my parents to my in-laws and husband. I have not received some of my clothes, my furniture which is an item of dispute as they were giving me some old sofa and broken table. The jewellery given to me by my in-laws is with me..Can I get it bk?IS there a provision that my in-laws can request the judge that now that they have given the jewellery given by my parents they shud not be asked to give my stridhan/jellery of their side to me. I do not want a divorce can DVA act help me saving teh marriage ..in how much time will both these cases get resolved?Please answer all questions

yes DVA will help you to enter into his house and live alongwith him and thereafter you can winover their hearts to save your matrimonial life.
