Dear Sir,

1.Sec.96 C.P.C.Stranger Can Prefer an Appeal if his write are afficated if so quote citations of supreme court?

2. Police Officer do illegal work on his duty U/S 166,167, 204, 218 & 120 B I.P.C. Please give me citations of supreme court without govt. permission 197 CRPC I am file complain in court. court give inquiry U/S 202 CRPC

If you have emple proof against that officer then move a writ in the High court. In complaint case, you have to tender documents and police will enqire the same. but in high court high court can direct an independent enquiry form CBI or any other agency. Even citation wil not help you coz the enqiry officer is the police only and he can submit any challan.
