Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
the question is that there is a divorce case going on and we as respondents just by chance see that the petitioner has a new passport and that he has surrendered his earlier passport which was very well valid. is there a case in point wherein getting a new passport made by surrendering the old one whcih was very well valid, help the petitioner in his divorce case. cud there be something that we can catch upon and make it in our favour. can we find out under the RTI from the passport authorities as to why a person so and so has applied for a new passport and even got one when his earlier passport was still valid. please advice.
