this question is for kamalji , sir pls provide a solution i am retyping mu ques..do reply--498 case was filed againts the in-laws and husband and sis in-law they all go bail. I got 70% of my dowry articles have not rec the jewellery-stridhan and some other items, I have been told by the IO that chargesheet is abt to be filed. The culprits go intermin bail in dec 2009. now my lawyer is planning to file some legal documents in the court for the cancellation of their bail. What is the guarantee that their bail will be cancelled? can they be arrested? the filing will happen next week, when will d culprits be called pls explain

if they got interim bail then you dont require to file any fresh case but you can contest that case and file your claim of recovery of dowry articles and court will not confirm their bail and instead dismiss thier bail application.
