Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My question is that can we take legal actions against the 'arbitrator'? if the

arbitrator, awards a fake claim in connivance with the 'Bank', if yes,what are the sections under which legal actions can be intiated. Further, can a complaint

be filed in the regulatory body. thirdly, is 'arbitrator' liable for financial damages.Please answer elobrately.

in case you have a proof that the arbitrator did not act in accordance with law and is guilty of a criminal offence, you may initiate proceedings against the arbitrator. but in case you do not have a substantial case, it is suggested to not to initiate the same.

An Award of Arbitrator can be challenged on the limited legal objections available under the Act. You may need to engage a lawyer for deciding appropriate remedies for filing objections against the award. A claim against the arbitrator may not be admissible.
