Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My question is this that one person named prem shamkar verma stay in other state is continusly harasing me for last 3 months.i all ready make complain against him in local police station and also i inform u regarding this matter.tomorrow m going to his state for some family reasons.if he create problems than can police give me police protection.because i already inform the ssp of that state.i mail him regarding this matter.i m so scared about this matter.kindly advice me if he create problem what can i do for that.

u did not mention as to why the other person want to harm you. as you have already informed SSP about your apprehension, it may be of some benefit to you. but do state the reason of fear.
