Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My question is this one person named Prem shankar verma stay in u.p dist.balia.this man continusly harasing me specially in nights via phone by using bad words and bad s.m.s.now i lodge complain in local police station in mumbai.and i got the n.c.r copy of that.if i send n.c.r copy to concern police station.can balia police take action against that person.and put behind the bars.or i have to approch court for that.but in court it takes time.what can i do.
