Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have a question..our son-in-law has attacked my parents in night. In response, they have to get hospitalized. Next day, My parents have filed FIR against my Son-in-law. Soon after taking daughter in our custody, my sister is filing 498A due dowry and domestic violence issues which she is suffering from last 2 years.
Please advice if we are going in the right direction.

in case the parents are attacked, they should lodge an f.i.r and why the sister is being made the scapegoat in this case. better sort this matter out amicably.
