R. P. Act, 1950

What legal action is appropriate on a complaint recieved regarding dual voter registration which is violation of section 17 and 18 of R. P. Act, 1950.

If someone knows kindly direct.

One may inform the authorities - office of District Magistrate who also holds the charge of election department.
