Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

thanks to Rajiv Gupta sir and Sanjay Kalra sir for giving me reply .. but further i want to know if mahila takrar niwarn kaksh gave decision in favour of woman even though they didin't find any ground against in laws family and gave woman party a letter under domestic violence against woman act 2005 in absence of husband and his family .. what to do in this situation can we compaint against this directly to SP or Collector.. when the dispute is between husband and wife due to their personal differences and there is no any part of husband's family members ..where husband and wife lives separately in another city and no concern to husband's family still wife made false allegations against them just to harras them and pressurise husband to accept her..this is not fair to harras in laws family without any fault and disturb their lfe and malign their reputation.. so what is the remedy can we take any action against mahila kaksh for this injustice?
