Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My Name is Rajiv. I Live in a Joint Family With my wife my daughter my mother Father and My Two brother. this is my own house in name of my mother, my second brother is also married and also have a 2 years daughter. my brother is cheat with some peoples and give all peoples cheque of own bank account and ran away with there family i.e wife and daughter and my parents also do one thing after see his behavior last one year ago dispossessed from all our movable and unmovable property with his wife and daughter and also publish in newspaper. if all cheque given by my brother id bounce and all person do a court case then what is our responsibility. and one more anyone file a court case U/S 403 in name of my brother then we are me and my family responsible for this also.
