Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Rani and Jeeva were married in 2008.They always had differences of opinion which ended upto quarrel.Jeeva's mother use to abuse and ill-treat her for not conceiving.Fedup with her behaviour,Rani put kerosene and burnt herself.Jeeva's mothergot frightened and with the help of her husband put the burnt body in the bathroom and closed it.Jeeva came in the home to find his wife death.Out of fear all three joined together and disposed off the body in the backyard.They gave a a complaint to the police that rani was missing.The police found out the foul play and arrested all three of them under section 304(B) and section 498(A) of Indian Penal Code and for conceivement and destruction of evidence frame charges and arguments for the complainant and accused.
