Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
hi. can some one think of a reason as to why a person undergoing divorce proceedings with his wife would get a new passport made even when the earlier passport was still valid. could there be something suspicous in this .

a new passport cannot be made in case the earlier passport is valid. the earlier passport needs to be cancelled and reissued. do investigate this matter to find out the truth.
