I had received a cheque from harayana govt. But the cheque is not cleared due to account blocked. Now, what should I do? Please tell the procedure of U/s 138

you need to send a notice to the haryana govt and after 15 days of their receiving notice and within 45 days, u need to file a complaint u/s 138 NI Act. consult a lawyer for that.
