Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I received a sms of life threat ( content- jaan se maar dunga ) from a man in januarary 2008. I have print of this sms and I was save this sms in memory card. I have both memory card and print.
Due to his gunda activity. I am got annoyed and I am collicting my confidence.
Can I lodge a FIR against this men for sending me life threat sms?

iF HE SEND U ONCE, then it may be a joke. If repeated or threat on phone also then go and immediately file the case. coz it is delay and police will not register the case and require any current incident.
