in case your surety is an income tax assessee, you need not deposit anything in the court. the income tax return of last three years of your surety are sufficient to procure bail. which court in delhi has issued you the summons. in case you reside out of Delhi, you may also secure permanent exemption from appearance u/s 205 of Criminal Procedure Code.
