If recorded conversation is presented in court as evidence is theer any method to find out where the recording is manupulated or not?Is there any way to find out that its was the voice of accuse person or dubbed by someone else?

When the accused is confronted with the tape in court, he may be questioned/crossed and the court may decide about familiarity in voice; if there is a dispute, you may seek court's permission to produce an expert for better opinion.
