recovery of money stuck

I have given material to the customer proprietoriship firm on 31st October 2006, we are having sign and seal of them that they have received the material ... but theyare not paying .... under which section I shall file a legal case to recover my money

You may file a suit for recovery of your dues under Civil Procedure Code. You want to engage a local lawyer for pursuing your remedy.
