Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have register a case us 138 N.I ACT IPC . my case is in process till evidence but the accused is not attending the date of court .the judge has isshue a NBW warrant against accused but the police is not taking any action against him the accused is also avalabe at his place .what should i do the chaque amount is rs 2lack how mush time will it require to solve the case as i have register the case on december 2009 already 9 months are over

you can ask the court to direct the police to execute the NBWs failing which, attachment warrants may be issued after he is declared a proclaimed offender.
You may also request for issuance of warrants 'dasti' so that you may go with the police officer at the time of execution of warrants and get the person arrested
