But i have proof that she has made
one logo and have written n it.But have no proof that she has use it.
Can i lodge complain that she has made one logo of that company and has wirtten in it?

only if you can prove that she made the logo with intent to defraud and use it with such intention.

Complaint can be lodged with sufficient proofs. Lacking proofs, it may hard to its maker.

As earlier advised, there is no criminal offence involved on her part; rather your action may amount to an act of curelty and 'domestic violence' and a case may be registered against you under IPC and DVA for hurting her.
