register criminal case

From one of my wife's friend i came to know that my wife along with her friend used one magazine logo and wrote that she won one contest sponser by them etc.Her another friend has shown me the print out of that which she has got from my wife's email account.My relation with my wife is very bad.She has file 125 crpc against me.So i wants to lodge complain against her with the help of her another friend about this logo using.I have no proof that she used it except that she has made one logo and sent it to one of her friend.Can i do that?Is it acceptable?Will i be in trouble if i lodge complain?

You can be in trouble if you lodge a complain without any strong grounds as this can lead to defamation.

Yes, you will be multiplying your difficulties by this kind of a complaint. No offence is constituted by your wife by use of the alleged logo of a magazine by her or her friend.

This kind of a post marriage allegation constitute 'domestic violence' and cruelty in terms of DVA and IPC. Besides seeking maintenance u/s 125 Cr P. C. or HAMA or HMA or DVA, your wife is entitled to file a complaint against you with the local police.

In order to avoid unnecessary litigation and dispute, it is better you settle the issue for all times to come by involving families and/or friends.
