Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I have registered a 498a case on my husband and his parents in our home town. I have shifted to another city with my son and parents.
My husband was absconding from india, and when a non bailable warrant was issued on his name he returned to india and appeared in the court and applied for bail, he has been granted bail.
My husband has shifted to the same city were i am and has got himself employed. I am concerned about my son's safety.
As i have a public prosecutor in my case, i would like to ask this question here so that i would get an answer.
One of the conditions in his bail order was that he should not leave the jurisdiction of the court.Can i apply for cancellation of his bail in the said court, and will any action be taken on it?

If he violates conditions of bail then u can file application to cancellation of his bail in the said court and action will be taken on it.
