Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I have registered FIR against my husband under sec 498a in india.My husband works in US on work permit visa.But i heard that Interpol has stopped issuing red alert in 498a case.My case is genuine with lots of evidence.

1)Is it true Interpol has stop issuing red alert in 498a case?

2)How can i get justice?What can i do to get justice?

You can apply to the court and if found suitable court can made direction for red corner alert.

interpol will not issue red corner notice for the offence u/s 498a. you may try out domestic violence complaint as 498a is not recognized in u.s. but domestic violence is considered to be a universal offence.

The courts in India may direct the Indian Embessy in USA to effect service of summons / warrants on your husband in USA.

you may also approach his employer as also the US authorities with certified copy of your FIR / complaint.
