about registering F.I.R. by 156(3)

sir,

i want to say some body claimed on me that i m a murder but it is false and fake.he is only pressarize us beacuse i am an married girl and my parents are old and tired.

is this possible that we will win the case without registering F.I.R.even the order has passed by C.J.M. to police station.what should i do to win this cas.please help me

can i win the case in lower court by hearing?what avidence will proof that i am innocent?

while the murder held in 2000 and after there were an F.I.R. registered and after 3 years of investigation the police submitted final report.which was accepted by the court.

it is possible that second F.I.R. will register.

Query is not clear.

Registration of second FIR is possible.

If you have been charge sheeted, you will get an opportunity to defend yourself during trial. Result or outcome is difficult to guess.

Before you consider proofs of your innocent, you need to know and understand proofs proposed to be adduced for your involvement in the offence.

Madam,

As far as registering an f.i.r again for the same act is concerned then it will be governed by double jeopardy. That means no two punishments or proceedings for the same act can take place

further, it would be suggested that if we can meet along with the documents to discuss on the matter, then probably we may be able to give you a true opinion
