Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Registration Department Fraud / Denying Vital Information
The Registration Department Manipulated a Exhibit and submitted before the Court. The Actual Claimant is me. But the manipulation proved that it is not me. They also give a false evidence on oath before a Court of Law.
This exhibit was challenged in Hon'ble High Court by way of Writ, but they failed to contest, as there fraud will come to light.
Further they accepted that a Document exists in Two Parts before the Hon'ble High Court. But after the favorable judgement for me, they are denying the certified copy of the second / other part.
What Criminal Procedure can be initiated against them?
