Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

A Registration Department has misled both the Trial court and the High Court and committed willful perjury regarding a minor's property (civil suit) whose titles are not yet transfered till date and seeing to that the minor's property is transfered to someone else. The perjury of the Registration Department was made by making a document which does not contain any link documents valid in the trial court.

My question here is can we intiate simultaneous 340 CrPC proceedings in Civil Court as well as the Hon'ble High Court ?

you can initiate 340 proceedings in the court where perjury was committed. in case the same was committed at both the courts viz. civil and high court, the proceedings can be initiated at both the court.
