Good Luck it is very easy before registrar go alongwith your firm detail, whether partner or company. Plz give detail and place of your company. For punjab and Chandigarh, Company registration is in Jalandhar and for partnership, it is from Chandigarh. For further detail plz PM me.

approach the local office of Registrar of Partnership Firms.

No registration for Sole Proprietory concern. For partnership along with deed of partnership you need to register with the registrar of firms and for LLP check MCA website.

For a proprietary law firm, no registration necessary.

For a partnership law firm, approach Registrar of Firms with relevant documents and forms.
