Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
one of my relative has been acquised under 354 IPC. I have two question on this issue.
can Police arrest any body if any body lodge FIR related to section 354 without enquery with the accqused one.?
what is the procedure for getting bale.?

sec. 354 is a bailable offence and the accused may apply for the bail in the police station or the court.
