Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
One of my relative falsely charged with section 307 of IPC. The FIR was lodged in the name of five persons but only three of them were arrested and rest of the two were not caught i.e they ran away. I would like to ask you whether he alone can get bail. or bail can be seeked only when all of the persons will be arrested.

he may apply for the bail as but till the other accused are absconding, the bail may be difficult.
