how to get relief if a lady has filed a falsecriminal complaint against me under section 107/150 in Subdivisional Magistrate in India

Maximum life of this type of case, under normal circumstances, is six (6) months. It dies its time bound death, unless the parties create breach of peace during this six months. In your case before the case, if there was no breach of peace you may file a case before the High Court for quashing of the proceedings. It all will depend what has been stated in the Kalandara
