Remand of accused under NDPS ACT 1985

Can a judge not holding powers of an ndps judge extend the remand of an accused arrested under ndps act 1985 sec 20(b)ii?

At times the powers for limited purpose of remand are conferred upon Magistrate exercising powers in accordance with Cr. P. C.

In any case, that itself may not prejudice your rights in any manner.

yes, in the absence or when the special judge is on leave, the other judge can extend the remand
