Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am resides at residential colony. In my colony my neighbour constracting flats where quality of material is fourt grade due to this shade of flats has dropped suddenly.
I lodge a written complaint in this incident to locol police but police took no action because influence of builder.
What can I do against 4th grade quality construction of flats where police took no action on my complaint?
