i m manish from kurukshetra. my wife has submit applicaton on 07\09\10 under 498a, 406, 506, 34b ipc after 4year of marrige the police registered the case on 9\9\10. the polce came to our house at 5:30 am on 10\9\10 for arresting. after this we gave him 53000rs for not arresting this time. on 12\09\10 i surrender my self. after 3 day police remand the court sent me to judicial costudy after refusing of my wife for not to go with me at my home. after this i got bail and my parents got antiseptary bail. my wife n her parent show that they give me 1lakh cash on TIKA N 270000 for alto n 35 tola gold , 1 1\2 kg silver with ac. furniture, almira etc. they mention that they spent 1700000rs on her daughter marrige. her father join haryana police on the post of a constable. now he retired from the post of sub inspector. her daughter is m.a. b.ed n working now on school. she is living with her parents from 2 year with my 3 year daughter akshita. pls guide me can i aplly counter case against them

we fail to understand, being educated, where was the need for you to give 53000 to police for not arresting. That was illegal. since you all have been released on bail, regular or anticipatory, you concentrate on gathering evidence of your wife having given false and incorrect facts. If you can do so, you not only will come clean out of the mess but will be able to file a counter case of perjury and false evidece
