Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A respectable and income tax payee citizen is harrassed and arrested by police and SDM by filing a false case against him and that citizen was required to get bail from court. Case is proved a false case and court released the citizen. What can that citizen do against police and SDM for harassment or compensation and under which act?
