Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
respected lawyer sirs,am drsathyaraj from tamilnadu madurai ,my father was attacked for 7 pouns gold by bridegrooms family ,my sister was harassed by her husband for his disability in intercourse,he suddenly crying very loudly at midnight,,,doing some odd behaviour like eating old rice at 3 am...etc...all these happened before 5 months,,,when his family attacked my fatherbefore 5 month my sister did not go with her husband....we tried to file the case in town police station but because of their political influence....they made not to file the case....now they are making threatening works .....now it is the 6th month....this incident happened on 5th day of her marriage....what shall i do at this stage....we are ready for divorce.....i want to know what to do at this moment....becoz in my family all are fearful....please help me...we send petition even to the sp...but till now no response.......kindly any one show me right direction....to come out of this....
