Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Respected lawyers,
I am working and earning 8,000 per month.My husband works in US on H1 visa.He earns 4,50,000
per month.One lawyer has advice me to filed for maintenance under sec 125 crpc as my husband earns huge amount.But he has advice me to suppress the fact that i am working and earning 8,000 per month.But if i will suppress it can it bring kind of trouble for me for suppressing this fact?

If you have faith only then engage the lawyer else leave that lawyer and engage any good lawyer to whom you suits fit. but he guide you as per his good knowledge but detail help can be provided only after seeing your detail.
